I don’t normally like my hair up but when I do…I like to look like a panda<\/a> \ud83d\udc3c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I canceled my ipsy last month and I’m glad I managed to — I have more than enough makeup for whatever looks I want now. Also the DHL shipping stressed me out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve been writing a lot. But you know, the hard part isn’t making stuff– it’s editing and refining. A lot of the times I wish I could just have works spring from my head, fully formed. But if I’m thinking like that, it means I’m tired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And why shouldn’t I be? Considering we’re on Plague No 2… gotta keep wearing a mask and watching<\/a> what I touch. I never really thought of gloves as a fashion accessory, but if there was ever a time…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve been rewatching Jem and the Holograms. It’s fucking fabulous! Apparently I watched it first in the summer 10 years ago, which is pretty crazy actually. Life was so different… in retrospect the Sword of Damocles was hanging over our heads<\/a> big time, but I’m glad I was able to get all the stupid things out of the way then instead of now. Like…getting the plague because I want to impress some ersatz sexy weirdos who don’t even like me?? Hell no dude \ud83d\ude2d\ud83d\ude2d\ud83d\ude2d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mantra of Jem is, “glamour and glitter, fashion and fame.” Gorgeous things. But as the show illustrates, not even that can save you from people wanting to rip off your skin and wear it because they don’t have genuine confidence in themselves or what they do. I think that’s a good lesson for kids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
